Nine years as a country club manager has provided me the opportunity to manage
and visit country club venues across the United States with some wonderful
views, but none were more spectacular than those at Prescott Lakes. In
addition, Hale Irwin has done a marvelous job of working with the elevations of
the natural terrain to design the course so that the majority of holes are
playing either down hill or on level fairways. There are also six sets of tees,
so the golf course is friendly for all skill levels. I am excited and
pleased to be working with owners who are committed to providing the resources
to deliver a well-maintained golf course, excellent clubhouse facilities, and a
level of service that will make our members proud to bring their family and
friends here as their guests. |

I have worked and managed some of the great country clubs in the western United
States. When I first arrived at Prescott Lakes Golf & Country Club, I
knew few clubs that could begin to compare with the golf course here. I think
we have the greatest members and club team in all of Arizona. My mission is to
provide superior club services, create a financially sustainable club, and make
Prescott Lakes a leader of the region. |

Over the past 25 years I have maintained some of the highest profile courses in
the United States. I came to Prescott Lakes in 2000 because there was the
same high-quality course design and commitment to maintenance excellence as I
had experienced at Burning Tree, Desert Mountain, and PGA West. Ownership
and I have the same goal–provide to our members the finest golfing conditions
available anywhere. |

I was born and raised in Prescott and have always had a love for the game of
golf. After completing college and traveling around the world, I
discovered there was no other place for me than Prescott. I love coming
to work at Prescott Lakes Golf & Country Club everyday and making sure our
members receive the best possible service. Nothing makes me happier than
providing a great environment for members to enjoy and improve their game. |

My family has had the dream of retiring in Prescott for as long as I can
remember. Before coming to Prescott, I owned for 9 ½ years a corporate
image development corporation that conducted training programs to develop
customer service skills for some of the finest hospitality organizations in the
United States. When I was introduced to the owners of Prescott Lakes Golf
& Country Club, I knew they possessed a commitment to service excellence
that is rare these days. I knew right away I wanted to be a part of this
team. I always hoped to retire here. Thanks to Prescott Lakes, I was able
to come early! |

Athletics played such an important role in my life. Growing up I competed in numerous sports starting at a young age. From track to volleyball, I learned core values such as responsibility, respect, honesty, work ethic, and teamwork. Prescott Lakes Athletic Club believes in these same core values. My mission for the club is to excel in these areas to insure a remarkable experience for our members. |
